My role is to represent you to the landlord and listing agent. To that end I will ensure your application has the details the landlord will want to see. I will also pre-inspect suites, when possible for VIP Tenants, so our time working together is efficient and our time looking is well spent.

How I will help you?
I will conduct a search based upon your criteria. You will pick up to 3 or 4 options and if they are still available I will arrange showings. You will be expected to proceed on one of the options shown to you. Leasing in competitive and there is NEVER time to consider options. So do your picking at the time you review the available options. Reduce the showings to just those you would actually move to!
